High End Collective Haul - Bobbi Brown, Faces,The Balm & Inglot

It’s been a while since I've gone shopping and yeah the frustration was building up… I was desperate for a change and all I could think of was a drastic alteration in my skincare and the prime reason being, I was under motivated to get up in the morning, mop my face with any cleanser lining my tub rim and to then smear the moisturizer that was currently under experiment. There was absolutely no sophistication and no glamour. So resolutely deciding to invest I marched to the Faces store in Khalidiya Mall, Abu Dhabi. Minutes later, I was at a complete loss… Everything was so expensive. And so still sticking to my resolution I picked up two products that had good reviews online (Aha I do my homework before shopping) and were the cheapest in store. Please note the point “in store” as these products were by no means inexpensive.

Of course your skincare is not complete without a luxuriously pampering eye cream and sigh the remaining story is as below. You know, for me Bobbi Brown is all together a whole different realm of cosmetics. It is so classy and so exceptional and yes I could go on blabbering...

My next purchase was just a quick grab on a good deal. The PowderMary site offers the Nude Tude eyeshadow palette by The Balm Cosmetics for quite a good price. It originally retails for $36 (AED 133). But I got mine for just AED 99 and free shipping. I have provided the link below for anyone interested.

For me the Inglot stores are irresistible and like a magnet it pulls me towards it. At times I let myself be defeated and this is what happens…

One very annoying aspect of Inglot is that they do not sell their refills without the customer producing/purchasing their palette. I simply forgot mine at home or so I convinced them :)

So that’s it for my haul. Please note that these products were not purchased in a single day. They were purchased over some months together.
